Shipping Information
For regular items, we offer free shipping by e-Packet for the orders over 50 €, option for extra shipping cost FedEx. Free FedEx shipping is available for orders over 185 €. But for items built in Batteries, there is no free shipping. We will use DHL Netherland to ship all the batteries-built-in items. Of course, if you have special needs about deliveries, we also can ship your order according to your needs.
Yes, we can ship orders to 99% of countries in the world, except the countries uncovered are listed. FedEx Express and e-Packet are safe and easy for you to track online whenever you want. Please note that for security reasons, we are unable to approve requests for package holds at your local Fedex hubs or locations. All shipments must be delivered to the shipping address entered on the order.
FedEx will take 3-8 business days to complete your order, e-Packet will take 8-12 business days to complete it. Please contact us if the order delivery is not successful in estimated time.

You can return the items to our After-sale center in Europe, we will send you address according to your needs.
